Strategi Komunikasi Penerapan Protokol Kesehatan Covid-19 di Masjid Agung Asy-Syuhada’ Pamekasan

This study aims to describe the communication strategy of management Great Mosque Asy-Syuhada' Pamekasan in implementing Covid-19 health protocol and maintaining distance when praying together Islam during a pandemic. research uses descriptive qualitative method. The result shows that used by is accordance with components formulation Laswell concept, Who Says What Which Channel Whom With Effect, which included communicator, message, media, communicant, effect. implementation conveyed community or congregation mosque oral, written electronic form had an effect finally complied protocol. Meanwhile, legal case for keeping prayer based on letter Al-Baqarah verse 195, hadith Prophet Muhammad SAW, rule ushul fiqh. In this case, congregational prayers pandemic allowed as effort prevent transmission spread virus.
